Annandale Acres Civic Association Constitution
Dues and Donations
Annandale Acres Civic Association dues are $20.00 per year per family/household.
Dues may be paid in person or from this website.

Dues will be twenty dollars per year for each person, or twenty dollars of each household of two or more adults (18 years or older), or of each associative member. Persons applying for membership from July 1 to December 31 will be required only pay half of the applicable dues. Donations are welcome.
The Treasurer will receive funds of the Annandale Acres Civic Association. Disbursement of the funds shall be made only with the authorization of the Annandale Acres Civic Association. At the expiration of their term The Treasurer shall turn over to the successor all books, records, documents, monies, and property of the Association they may have in their possession.

A Meeting was convened at 7:10 P.M. with 12 members present

Carolyn Freeman welcomed all and requested she be replaced as President after 12 years.

The role of the AACA is to help inform neighbors of county and State regulations and how to report them.

Speeding and Excessive Traffic

No Parking signs are posted on the corner of Beverly and Calvert due to a traffic jam.

7321 Calvert is an issue for running a business and excessive heavy load traffic on a daily basis.

Reported to Code Compliance, with no resolution, because they cannot see behind the fenced yard.
